Irie Hemp Company is dedicated to simple natural solutions for improving health and wellness. We have been working with hemp as a natural supplement for years and traveled the world looking for the best sources of industrial hemp technologies to best deliver the nutrients of this amazing plant. Driven by passion and excitement we set the bar high! We hope it will make a difference in your lives, much as it has in ours. CHILL OUT. BE WELL. Our hemp offerings reflect that simple mission. We produce the finest flavored and the most pure CBD hemp oil. Our high quality hemp extracts provide a broad spectrum of cannabinoids and other natural constituents found in high CBD hemp plants.

A new year is coming up, which means that resolutions are incoming. What’s more, social media has been flooded as of late with a wave of posts expressing distaste for the year that has passed us. Much of this is due to a number of celebrity deaths that have occurred this year, including David Bowie and more recently, Carrie Fisher & her mom, Debbie Reynolds. Social movements that pushed for reform, but with mixed reactions and only smaller successes. Then the election that seemed to go on forever. The problem is, none of this goes away when the ball drops. 2017 will not magically fix anything. First of all, people will continue to die and that includes celebrities. But far more importantly, the social and political climate is not going to clear up by itself just because 365 days have passed since last January. Something needs to actually be done to resolve the conflicts. This doesn’t mean that there’s no hope. 2017 could be grand! But what it does mean is that it is not going to be a fix-all, and if there’s one thing everyone can do to help, it’s not allowing themselves to be fooled into thinking that the year changing over will have solved anything. That sort of complacency is what allows issues to crop up and worsen, and we need the opposite of that to make things better. We need conscientiousness, on an individual level.

You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. For those of you wanting to hit the gym, a common new years resolution. Actually do it. Grab a buddy, sign up for the gym and make an effort to go at least 3 if not more days a week. The first month is the hardest. For those of you wanting to be better with your finances, actually do it. Make a budget and stick to it. Cut out coffee at your favorite coffee shop, fast food, soda, going to the movies, shopping for clothes and other things that we for sure need, but really do not. Just cut it out, save your money, make a plan. Or for more self healing goals, cut out using certain words like “can’t” or say “Thank You” more or volunteer more. Actually do these things.
If you want 2017 to “Be Your Year” then don’t sit on the couch and wait for it. Go out. Make a change. Smile more. Be excited. Do new things. Throw away the clutter. Unfollow the negative people on social media and in your real life. Go to bed early. Wake up with the sun. Be fierce. Don’t gossip. Show more gratitude. Do things that challenge you. Be the change you wish to see in the world. You have 365 new days and 365 new chances to make this not the best year ever, but to make this the year that started it all. Think positive, be positive and Live.Life.Irie.
